Are your albums official?

Absolutely! Every album and piece of merchandise sold on UMAKPOP is 100% original and sourced directly from official distributors in South Korea. No fakes, no "reproduction" goods—only the real deal.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Well, it depends!

But for In-Stock Items: we typically ship within 1–3 business days.

For Pre-Order Items & Backorder Items: These ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse from South Korea (usually 15–30 business days after the official release date).

Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

What about your shipping?

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is calculated by destination zone. We offer standard rates for Portugal and Spain, and zone-based rates for Europe and islands.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available from 49€ in Portugal Mainland, 59€ in Spain Mainland, 89€ in Europe Zone A/B/C, and higher thresholds for islands and more expensive destinations.

Do you charge by weight?
No. We do not use customer-facing weight tiers. Shipping is based on destination zone and order value.

Why do some regions have higher shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by destination because transport costs are higher for some European zones and islands.

Can free shipping change?
Yes. Free shipping thresholds may be adjusted during campaigns or based on logistics costs.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the outer box/case is strictly for protecting the goods inside; slight scratches or discoloration of the outer case are not grounds for a return. Also, please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@umakpop.eu to proceed with this request.
