Are your albums official? Absolutely. Every album and piece of merchandise sold on UMAKPOP is 100% original and sourced directly from official distributors in South Korea. No fakes, no "reproduction" goods—only the real deal.
📦 Shipping & Handling
How do you pack my order? We know the heartbreak of a dented album corner. We use heavy-duty bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure your "bias" arrives in pristine condition. Photocards are handled with extra care and extra sleeves.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to some European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
How can I track my package? Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
🗓️ Pre-Orders
What are the benefits of pre-ordering? Pre-ordering ensures you get the album as soon as it drops! It also guarantees you receive any Pre-Order Benefits (POBs) like limited edition posters, extra photocards, or special stickers that aren't available after the release date.
When will my pre-order ship? Pre-orders typically ship 15–30 business days after the official release date in South Korea. This allows time for the stock to reach our warehouse and for our team to pack it with love.
🛡️ Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the outer box/case is strictly for protecting the goods inside; slight scratches or discoloration of the outer case are not grounds for an exchange.
Do I need an unboxing video?
Important: To process a claim for missing or damaged items, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the package is still sealed. This is a standard practice in the K-Pop community to ensure fairness for both fans and the shop!

Can I request a specific group or item? We love discovering new music! If there’s a specific group or a rare find you’re looking for, reach out to us at info@umakpop.eu or via our socials. We’ll do our best to source it for you.
Will you restock sold-out items? It depends on the manufacturer. If an item is "Out of Print" (OOP), we unfortunately cannot restock it. For other items, keep an eye on our "Restock" highlights on Instagram!
