At UMAKPOP, we know that receiving your package is the highlight of your week. That’s why we treat every order like a "signed polaroid"—with extreme care, speed, and precision.
We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain.
⏱️ Processing Times

In-Stock Items: These typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Pre-Order Items & Backorder Items: These ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse from South Korea (usually 15–30 business days after the official release date).

Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.
Tip: If you want your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders!

We are collectors too, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for flimsy packaging. Every order includes:

Heavy-Duty Bubble Wrap: Multiple layers to protect those fragile album corners.

Corrugated Boxes: We use high-quality boxes that can withstand the journey.

Photocard Protection: All PCs are placed in protective sleeves and reinforced with top-loaders or cardboard backing to prevent bending.
✈️ Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping tiers to fit your budget and your "need for speed." Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship to most of Europe!
🕵️ Tracking Your Order
The moment your label is printed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your "haul" directly through our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update once the label is created.
📹 The Unboxing Video Policy
To protect both you and the shop, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for any claims regarding missing items or significant damage.

The video must show the package clearly sealed from all sides.

The shipping label must be visible.

The opening of the box and the inspection of items must be filmed in one take.
Without a valid unboxing video, we may be unable to process returns or replacements for damaged/missing goods.
